Circles, cycles and spheres

This class/camp will explore the infinite family of the circle. Its family members include: dots, spirals, concentric circles, waves, electron rings, hollow spheres, water balloons, cannon balls, golf balls, soccer balls and giant woven balls to name just a few.  While having fun we will introduce the idea of diameter, radius, circumference, area and pi, “oh my! “This will be a hands-on sculpture class with plenty of making and doing. Art is a verb!
